Free BaZi Calculator
The free calculator is for adults aged 18 or older. It sends your city search to our server and processes your Gregorian birth date, local birth time (if known), selected city, and consent to calculate a chart. It does not ask for your name or require an account.
We do not intentionally persist calculator submissions or reports in an application database, browser storage, or application logs. The displayed result stays in the current page state and clears when you leave or reload. Hosting and service providers may retain operational or security data under their own policies; this is separate from application retention.
If the optional AI explanation is enabled, OpenAI receives only a minimized calculated chart. We do not send your birth date, birth time, city, coordinates, or name to OpenAI. Its processing and retention are governed by the applicable provider terms. The chart can still be displayed when the explanation is disabled or unavailable.
Birth inputs and reports are not sent to analytics or advertising platforms by this calculator. Submitting requires the visible privacy consent. You may stop before submission or clear the page afterward; clearing the page cannot undo processing already completed.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Name, email address, billing address, and account information;
- Order details, payment status, refund status, and service history;
- Information submitted for a digital service, including birth details, personal questions, relationship background, photographs, floor plans, or space-related information;
- Messages, support requests, reviews, and feedback;
- IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and website activity; and
- Cookie, advertising, and analytics identifiers.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code.
If you provide information about another person, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to do so.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Process payments and deliver purchased services;
- Review questionnaires and prepare digital reports;
- Communicate about orders, delivery, support, and refunds;
- Operate and secure our website;

3. AI Assisted Processing
We may use artificial intelligence tools to help organize submitted information, prepare drafts, translate content, or generate portions of a digital report.
AI providers may process limited information on our behalf. We seek to provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested task. AI-generated content may contain errors and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
4. Cookies Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising.
Subject to your consent where required, we may use:
- Meta Pixel, to measure activity and advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram;
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand website usage, measure conversions, and support advertising; and
- TikTok Pixel, to measure activity and advertising performance on TikTok.
These technologies may collect or receive:
- IP address and approximate location;
- Browser and device identifiers;
- Pages viewed and buttons clicked;
- Referral and campaign information;
- Cookie identifiers;
- Purchase or conversion events; and
- Date and time of activity.
Advertising providers may combine this information with information they already hold under their own privacy policies.
We do not intentionally send service questionnaires, birth details, relationship information, photographs, floor plans, private communications, or completed reports to advertising platforms.
Where legally required, analytics and advertising technologies will remain disabled until you provide consent. You can accept, reject, or withdraw consent through our Cookie Settings link.
Disabling advertising cookies will not prevent you from purchasing or receiving a service.
5. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with service providers that support:
- Website hosting and databases;
- Secure file storage;
- Payment processing;
- Email delivery;
- Customer support;
- Analytics and advertising;
- AI-assisted processing;
- Fraud prevention; and
- Legal, accounting, and compliance services.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosure of cookie identifiers and website activity to advertising providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain U.S. privacy laws.

6. Legal Bases for European and UK Users
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we process personal information based on:
- Performance of a contract;

- Service submissions and reports are generally retained for up to 24 months after delivery;
- Support communications are generally retained for up to 24 months;
- Security logs are generally retained for up to 12 months; and
- Transaction and tax records may be retained for up to seven years.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, restricted credentials, and separation between public website code and private server-side systems.
No online system can guarantee complete security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion;
- Receive a portable copy;
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Withdraw consent;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing;

11. Global Privacy Control
Where legally required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.
12. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
13. Third Party Services
Meta, Google, TikTok, payment processors, and other third parties process information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
